Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail business growth and profitability
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives
Identify and establish partnerships to expand the company's market presence
Lead Brand experience, marketing and digital campaigns
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
Provide leadership and guidance to the retail department to achieve key performance metrics
Report on business performance and recommend improvements to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Head should have:

A strong educational background, preferably in business administration
Proven expertise in retail operations and marketing
Experience in premium retail or luxury space
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
The ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in South Delhi
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving results
