Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Offline Business Strategy. Define and drive the offline growth strategy for a BPC brand across GT & MT channels .. Identify expansion opportunities across geographies, formats, and channels. Build a scalable roadmap for offline revenue growth2. Distribution & Network Expansion (GT). Build and scale distributor, stockist, and retailer network. Strengthen market coverage and penetration across regions. Ensure efficient last-mile execution3. Modern Trade & Key Accounts (MT). Lead partnerships with modern retail chains and key accounts. Drive listing, negotiations, joint business plans (JBPs). Ensure strong visibility, promotions, and category growth4. Team Leadership & Capability Building. Build, lead, and mentor regional sales teams and channel managers. Drive performance management and capability development. Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks5. Trade Marketing & Execution. Collaborate with marketing to drive offline campaigns and activations. Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and brand presence6. Supply Chain & Operations Alignment. Work closely with supply chain to ensure inventory planning and availability. Optimize logistics, reduce stock-outs, and improve fill rates

What will make you successful in this role

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to think beyond traditional FMCG playbooks
  • Strong strategic orientation with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience in building distribution channels from scratch
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment
