About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Business Head – Organic Farming to lead end-to-end organic farming operations, business expansion, certification compliance, and farmer network development. This leadership role will drive revenue growth, scale farm groups, and ensure global organic standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategy for organic farming operations.
• Oversee ICS implementation and ensure compliance with NPOP/NOP standards.
• Lead agronomy, certification, and field teams across multiple locations.
• Drive crop expansion, yield improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage certification bodies, audits, documentation, and traceability systems.
• Build strong farmer engagement and stakeholder partnerships.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor's/Master's in Agriculture/Agronomy/Agri-Business.
• 10–15+ years of experience in organic farming or agri-business leadership.
• Strong knowledge of organic certifications and farm group management.
• Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
