The Role: Pioneering Loca Loka's Growth in India

As the Business Head - India, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling Loca Loka's presence across the Indian market. This role is pivotal to our long-term vision of positioning Loca Loka as a leading premium tequila brand in India, a market witnessing a significant shift towards premiumization and diverse spirit preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Strategy & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to introduce and expand Loca Loka's footprint in key Indian metros.

- Distribution & Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.

- Brand Activation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that resonate with Indian consumers, blending cultural nuances with global appeal.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a dynamic sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to drive sustainable growth.
