Business Head - IT and EPP

Looking for a Business Head to lead our Employee Purchase Program (EPP) and IT Asset Leasing vertical, based in Bengaluru.

If you've spent 10-14 years selling into IT, tech, SaaS, or services companies, and you're ready to own a business vertical with P&L responsibilities - this one's for you.

Whats expected:

→ Lead and grow our EPP and IT leasing business from Bengaluru

→ Build and manage a high-performance team

→ Shape go-to-market strategy with direct access to leadership

→ Develop relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and procurement heads at tech and services companies

→ Build a seamless product journey for seamless and tech driven execution

What we're looking for:

→ 10–14 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, BFSI, HR-tech, or SaaS

→ MBA preferred

→ Deep understanding of how IT, tech and SaaS companies buy

→ An existing network in the Bengaluru tech ecosystem is a big plus

→ Entrepreneurial minset - build, and not just execute
