DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Interior Division as a strategic vertical aligned with residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Business Head Interiors who can build, scale, and lead the interior business end-to-end, driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.

This is a P&L ownership role with high visibility and direct impact on the group's growth.

• Own complete P&L of the Interior Division.
• Build annual business plans, revenue targets, and margin structures.
• Drive topline growth through DS-MAX customer base, external clients, and channel partnerships.
• Create pricing models, BOQs, and profitability frameworks.

• Define short-term and long-term strategy for interiors (residential & commercial).
• Establish scalable operating models, vendor ecosystems, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify new revenue streams: turnkey interiors, modular kitchens, premium upgrades, bulk corporate interiors.

• Ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Oversee design, estimation, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Build SOPs for quality control, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Hire, mentor, and lead teams across:
• Design
• Sales & Business Development
• Project Management
• Procurement & Vendors
• Build a performance-driven, accountable culture.

• Ensure seamless customer journey from design to delivery.
• Handle key client escalations and ensure repeat and referral business.

• 1218 years of experience in Interior Fit-outs / Design & Build / Real Estate / Construction-related businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling an interior or allied business.
• Strong understanding of design, costing, execution, and vendor management.
• Experience handling large teams and multi-project portfolios.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and operational acumen.
