Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and manage the overall business operations of our Hyderabad branch. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue achievement, operational excellence, and end-to-end project management from sales closure to final handover.
The role requires strong strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities to ensure smooth coordination across Sales, Design, CRM, Operations, Vendors, and Site teams while maintaining high-quality execution standards and premium customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branch-level business growth strategies and drive annual revenue targets for the Hyderabad branch.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and business development while monitoring profitability, business performance, and conversion ratios.
- Work closely with management on strategic business decisions and operational improvements.
- Ensure projects are executed within committed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations, with smooth handovers and minimum escalations.
- Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure effective coordination between Sales, Design, CRM, Operations, Vendors, and Site teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings to track execution status, timelines, material coordination, and site readiness.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving closures, revenue targets, proposal management, follow-ups, and client servicing.
- Build strong relationships with premium clients and referral partners while enhancing customer experience and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project quality, finishing standards, operational efficiency, and handle critical project escalations effectively.
- Lead and guide the Branch Manager and department teams by driving accountability, ownership, discipline, professionalism, and a performance-oriented culture.
- Coordinate closely with branch teams to ensure smooth workflow, regular performance reviews, operational discussions, and team development.
- Maintain proper reporting systems, project tracking, and business MIS across departments.
Preferred Candidate
- 8–10 years of experience in Interior Design / Modular Interiors / Turnkey Projects / Luxury Interiors industry.
- Strong experience in business operations, project execution, and sales management.
- Proven ability to handle projects from sales closure to final handover.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
