At Reeth, we craft high-end, pure brass lifestyle products that blend Modern India aesthetics with heritage craftsmanship. As we scale our HoReCa division, we are looking for a relentless, well-connected Sales Leader to drive massive, year-round B2B revenue across the country.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to establish Reeth as the preferred tableware/serve-ware brand in the premium HoReCa segment.
- Identify and target high-value accounts, including 5-star hotel chains, boutique luxury resorts, and Michelin-star/premium fine-dining restaurants.
- Drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing high-volume contracts.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the HoReCa division.
- Represent Reeth at major industry trade shows, culinary events, and hospitality exhibitions (e.g., AAHAR, FHA).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored B2B collateral, pitch decks, and sampling strategies that highlight the heritage and health benefits of Kansa and Brass
Who You Are:
- Experience: 8–12+ years of robust experience in B2B sales, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role specifically targeting the HoReCa/Hospitality sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling premium tableware, luxury kitchenware, or high-end F&B products to the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Network: An active and robust Rolodex of contacts across procurement, F&B, and culinary leadership within top-tier hospitality brands.
