Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for the Business Head - Gifting role at Reeth. The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive gifting strategies, identifying market trends, and building partnerships to expand the gifting vertical. The role includes managing vendor relationships, overseeing product development, and ensuring excellence in quality control. The candidate will also lead pricing strategies, analyze sales data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth.

• Understanding of the premium lifestyle and gifting industry trends
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align initiatives with business goals
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in retail business or e-commerce is a plus
