Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product strategy, assortment planning, and category growth aligned with business goals.
  • Drive OTB, pricing, margin, and inventory management to maximize profitability and sell-through.
  • Lead product development, sourcing, and vendor partnerships to ensure quality and faster speed-to-market.
  • Own category P&L, demand forecasting, and performance analytics to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate across Design, Marketing, and Sales while leading and mentoring the product team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years of experience in product/buying/merchandising within fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.
  • Strong exposure to D2C and offline retail, preferably in handbags, accessories, footwear, or apparel.
  • Proven experience owning P&L, scaling categories, and managing multi-channel businesses.
  • Strong expertise in OTB planning, demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory optimization.
  • Analytical, commercially sharp, and a strong leader with vendor management and stakeholder handling experience.
