Job Description

  • Lead a highimpact food delivery business.
  • Own full strategy and P&L.

Job Description

  • Define the longterm strategy, vision, and business roadmap for the food delivery vertical.
  • Build and scale operations including restaurant acquisition, logistics/delivery, customer experience, and marketing.
  • Own endtoend P&L, unit economics, financial models, and operational performance.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with national & regional restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to deploy required technology platforms.
  • Build and lead a highperforming team across business development, operations, sales, and city leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Represent the business internally to leadership and externally to partners and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in highgrowth, consumerfacing technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses or startups preferably in ecommerce, food tech, or ondemand delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Indian consumers and food delivery ecosystems.
  • Strong P&L ownership, strategic planning, and analytical decisionmaking abilities.
  • Experience leading large operational teams and navigating fastpaced, competitive environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing large fleet of delivery drivers.
  • MBA preferred Bachelor's degree required.
