Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head - Edtech based in New Delhi. The Business Head will lead the planning and implementation of business strategies to achieve growth objectives in the education technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operations, building and maintaining key partnerships, strategizing to expand market reach, leading the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring successful execution of projects. The role also involves market research, forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring industry trends to develop innovative product offerings aligned with organizational goals.

NOTE: Experience in Education based industry (Min 12 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Complete responsibility of P&L.
• Manage the budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads to ensure effective execution of organizational plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
