Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for the role of Business Head. The Business Head will oversee strategic planning, business operations, and revenue generation, ensuring alignment with Spectacom Global's mission of fostering innovation in fitness. Responsibilities include driving growth, leading cross-functional teams, developing partnerships, and managing key stakeholders. The role also involves formulating business strategies to expand market reach and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional products and experiences.
