Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune for the position of Business Head - Defence at KALA Group. The Business Head - Defence will lead strategic initiatives in the Defence & Aerospace sector, focusing on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. The individual will oversee project delivery, collaborations, and compliance with regulations while identifying opportunities for market expansion. The role includes working closely with internal teams, government agencies, and industry partners to drive excellence in mission-critical solutions for the Defence sector.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, project management, and strategic planning skills, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- In-depth domain knowledge in Defence and Aerospace industries, including understanding of policies and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, client engagement, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving business growth in Defence or related industries.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel as required for business engagements and partnerships.
