Role Description
We are seeking a Business Head for our Corporate Solutions division to lead and grow this strategic vertical. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves spearheading business planning and strategy development to expand the corporate client base. The Business Head will oversee day-to-day business operations, manage and mentor a team, drive sales efforts, and create opportunities for business development. Collaborating with internal departments, they will ensure alignment with corporate goals and strong client relationships, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and crafting strategic initiatives to meet company and client objectives
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluations
- Proficiency in Team Management, including leading, motivating, and mentoring teams to achieve targets
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and manage corporate partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
