Job Description

Role:

This position is accountable for shaping and advancing the Centre's research agenda and academic excellence in the areas of leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategic management, and transformational change.

The role involves spearheading innovative research initiatives, generating impactful knowledge through scholarly publications and thought leadership, and guiding researchers and academic contributors. The incumbent will cultivate strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and policy stakeholders to ensure research outcomes address real-world challenges.

A core responsibility is to convert research findings into practical models, frameworks, and policy recommendations that strengthen the Centre's reputation and influence as a leading authority in leadership and management development at both national and international levels.

Qualification:

  • Educational Background: Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership Studies, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in research, academia, consulting, or leadership development — with demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and translate insights into practice.
  • Research Credentials: Proven track record of published research, whitepapers, or thought leadership in reputed journals or industry platforms.
  • Business Orientation: Experience in conceptualizing and delivering revenue-generating initiatives such as conferences, training programmes, or sponsored studies.
  • Professional Attributes: Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and represent the Centre at high-level forum
