BUSINESS HEAD – LUXURY JEWELLERY & COUTURE FASHION

Location: Mumbai, India

Industry: Luxury Jewellery & Couture Fashion

Experience: 6-9 Years

CTC on Offer: Up to 40 LPA max

The brand serves discerning clientele, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and luxury consumers who value exclusivity, quality, and personalized service.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Head to lead business growth, profitability, and strategic expansion across luxury jewellery and couture fashion categories. The role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, expertise in luxury retail, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L Leadership

  • Own and drive overall business performance and profitability.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, margins, and key business metrics.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen market positioning and visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion avenues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to enhance brand equity.

Omnichannel Expansion

  • Drive growth across retail, digital, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure seamless integration between physical stores and digital channels.
  • Monitor emerging retail trends and implement innovative customer solutions.

Client Experience Excellence

  • Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization.
  • Enhance client acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Build strategies focused on delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
  • Strengthen engagement with HNWI and UHNWI clientele.

Market & Trade Leadership

  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product performance and business growth.
  • Leverage industry insights to strengthen commercial decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functions.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Develop succession plans and leadership capabilities within the organization.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 6-9 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success in business leadership, general management, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
  • Exposure to luxury retail, premium consumer segments, and omnichannel business models is preferred.
