Our Client is a mid-sized Multinational Company in Building Material, but are growing rapidly in India through a combination of Organic & Inorganic initiatives, and have massive expansion plans in the Building Material business. In that context we are looking for a Business Head. He will head the P&L, Business Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Plant Operations, HR, etc.
- This role requires a proven leader with experience in transforming businesses, building high-performance teams, driving innovation, and scaling businesses significantly.
- The mandate is to create a high-growth organization. Build differentiated go-to-market strategies for retail, project, and institutional businesses.
- Develop long-term competitive positioning through innovation and strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and new business models, etc.
