Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Business Head - Beauty based in Delhi, India. The Business Head will oversee the overall operations, growth strategy, and profitability of the beauty segment within Yes Madam. Key responsibilities include leading business development initiatives, managing a team of beauty professionals, identifying market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving innovation to enhance service delivery. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with the company's mission of transparency, affordability, and quality in services.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to drive operational growth and profitability.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative service solutions and pricing models to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for managing end-to-end operations effectively.
  • Understanding of technology-driven solutions and familiarity with AI and tech tools in the service industry.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields, along with experience in leadership or similar roles, is highly preferred.
