Business Head - Agri-Drone Ecosystem

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head based in Gurugram. The Business Head will lead the company's strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive growth across agriculture, industrial, and defense verticals. The role involves managing operations, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable development. The Business Head will also identify new market opportunities, oversee the development of innovative solutions, and monitor team performance to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

With overall 5 -7 years of experience in service and product sector, domain experience in drone and Daas 2-3 years.

Proven leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency in drone domain

Expertise in business development, stakeholder management, and nurturing client relationships within the drone agriculture spray services and agriculture drones

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering customer-focused solutions

Knowledge of drone technology, SaaS business models, AI integration, or related sectors is advantageous

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent verbal and written communication, and strategic negotiation skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field
