. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute a company-wide growth strategy for 2W & 3W product lines (Tiger, Zapster, Pilot, MAXX).
- Identify new business opportunities across Channel, OEM Partnerships, and B2B / Institutional markets.
- Drive expansion into priority states and new geographies (North, West, South India).
- Own annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L targets.
B. Sales Leadership (Dealer, OEM, B2B)
- Lead and manage sales performance across Dealer Network, OEM tie-ups, Government tenders, Logistic & Delivery companies, and Institutional clients.
- Strengthen dealer network quality onboarding, performance review, compliance, and profitability.
- Ensure strong coordination between field sales, backend support, telecalling, and CRM teams.
- Create and implement sales policies, incentive structures, and dealer profitability programs.
C. Production, Plant Coordination & Inventory Control
- Oversee production planning for all 2W and 3W plants, ensuring timely output as per sales demand.
- Ensure strict inventory control, buffer planning, and dispatch accuracy.
- Coordinate with Plant Heads to drive operational efficiency, quality, and cost control.
D. Procurement & Supply Chain
- Oversee Purchase and Sourcing functions to ensure availability of components at optimized cost.
- Build long-term vendor relationships and enforce procurement policies, price negotiations, and alternative sourcing.
- Ensure supply chain efficiency and vendor reliability for domestic and imported components.
E. Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence
- Strengthen Supertech EV's after-sales ecosystem including service, warranty, parts availability and customer grievance redressal.
- Implement customer feedback systems and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- Drive initiatives to reduce warranty claims, improve servicing cost efficiency, and enhance dealer service experience.
F. Cross-functional Leadership & Team Building
- Lead the heads of Sales, Production, Service, Procurement, Finance Coordination, and Marketing.
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture with clear KPI monitoring.
- Mentor mid-level leaders and drive capability development across teams.
G. Strategic Projects & Organization Development
- Drive strategic initiatives including new product introductions, plant expansion, digital transformation, process standardization, and compliance systems.
- Collaborate with management on IPO-related governance, corporate communication, MIS strengthening, and policy implementation.
3. Key Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Competencies
- Deep understanding of the EV/Automobile industry, preferably both 2W and 3W.
- Strong grasp of production systems, supply chain, quality standards, and dealer operations.
- Experience in managing large multi-state sales networks.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to understand P&L, pricing, margins, and ROI.
