Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy and driven Junior Business Growth Associate to join our Business team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospects, and supporting the sales funnel through proactive outreach and consultative selling. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a foundational understanding of technology and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads for PDAI's service offerings.
- Take discovery and qualification calls with potential clients and ensure effective communication of our value proposition.
- Work closely with the Business Head to strategize industry-specific outreach based on PDAI's services (AI, automation, custom apps, data science, PDAI products like VisionSense etc.).
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to help refine our GTM approach.
- Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and client communication documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition from lead to delivery.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in client-facing roles, sales, or business development (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English conversational confidence is key.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client conversations, handle objections, and build rapport.
- Basic understanding of technology, software solutions, and AI/ML concepts.
- Strong research and organization skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales.
- Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Apollo.
- Familiarity with industries such as automotive, healthcare, or retail.
