We are looking for an ambitious and data-drivenBusinessGrowth Manager/Business Analystto lead our efforts in accelerating user growth and maximizing revenue. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a proventrack recordof building and scaling customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
As Growth Manager, you will work across teams toidentifykey levers for growth, run experiments,optimizethe customer's journey, and create scalable systems that drive measurable results. You will playa central rolein shaping our growth engine anddeliveringcritical business goals.
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing full-funnel growth strategiesfrom acquisition to retention and monetization
- Running A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve user engagement andoptimizeperformance
- Analyzing behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities and inform product/marketing decisions
- Collaborating withProduct, Design, Sales, and Marketing to implement scalable growth tactics
- Managing paid and organic acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
- Leveraging automation tools and lifecycle marketingto drive customer activation and loyalty
- Defining and monitoring KPIsand presenting the insights to senior leadership
- Creating performance dashboards and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership
- Staying up to date with emerging growth tools, trends, and best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Amaster'sdegree/MBA would be a plus.
- Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in an E-Commerce Company.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, referral programs, and content marketing
- Deep experience with A/Btesting andanalytics platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
- Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles
- Youpossessexcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have strongcommunicationand presentation skills.
- You are proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
