Role Summary:
Responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability (P&L), and business performance for the Forex and Bill Payments business. The role involves developing growth strategies, optimizing customer acquisition and revenue funnels, managing partnerships, and working closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue, P&L, customer growth, and business KPIs.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business growth plans.
- Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and unit economics.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Build and manage partner relationships and improve partner ROI.
- Monitor service quality, customer experience, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Conduct customer research, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Fintech, Payments, Forex, or a multi-product digital business.
- Experience managing business growth, revenue, and P&L.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Excellent communication, research, and relationship management abilities.
