Introduction

Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce to grow their revenue with more acquisitions and sales. Over the last 6+ years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including - Yaanman, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, RippedUpNutrition and others.

We're looking for Growth Manager to invent, own, test, and scale new revenue channels from DM/outbound funnels to landing pages, paid ads experiments and partnership plays for a fast-scaling full scale advertising agency.

This is a mixed marketing + sales growth role: you'll own experimentation across paid/unpaid channels, build outbound & DM funnels, run landing-page & creative tests, and own lead pipeline tracking. We want a modern-growth practitioner (agency or startup background) who prefers scrappy experiments and measurable outcomes over old-school tactics.

Requirements -

  • 3+ years experience in growth/marketing roles at modern agencies, high-growth startups, or digital-first consultancies.
  • Design and run growth experiments (paid, organic, partnerships, referral, content, DMs/outbound) to discover scalable acquisition channels.
  • Build and optimise lead funnels: landing pages, creatives, hooks, CTA flows, and conversion tracking.
  • Own outbound playbooks (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp): templates, cadences, sequencing, and A/B testing.
  • Create/iterate ad creatives and landing page variants with the creative team to maximise lead quality & conversion.
  • Implement and maintain CRM / pipeline hygiene ensure every lead is tracked, scored and followed up with predictable SLAs.
  • Work with Sales/AMs to design handoff flows, nurture sequences and upsell experiments.
  • Run growth analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze experiments and recommend next steps.
  • Pilot new channels & tools be the person who tries things other teams think are too new.
  • Document repeatable playbooks and scale the winning experiments into systems.

What success looks like (KPIs) -

  • New qualified leads per month (by channel) and increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Cost per qualified lead and Cost per Opportunity (downtrend month-on-month for paid channels).
  • Number of experiments launched and % with positive ROI or clear learnings.
  • Pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy for leads generated by your channels.
  • Revenue or meetings attributable to outbound/DM plays.
