Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Manager located in Kalyan. The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and creating business development plans. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products/ services like educational workshops on Drone, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, cloud computing etc. and perform follow up duties.
- Manage clients/ accounts and meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Work with and expand current prospects database to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
- Making cold calls to Student/HODs of Engineering colleges all over India and identifying new leads.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Managing admin work for the organization
- Strategy development and implementation.
Required skill:
- Smooth Communication Skills, Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages will be added advantage
- Responsible for Generation of Business/ target-oriented
- Excellent convincing skills and client-management
- Candidate having Experience in Marketing/ Sales field will be preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Windows 10 or higher
