Role: Your Impact and Ownership
This is
not a typical Founder's Office role.
You will operate as a
mini-GM, working directly with the founders to
drive revenue, own key business metrics, and execute high-impact growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities at this Role
- Own revenue, P&L, and growth metrics for a business unit
- Build and drive B2B pipeline, partnerships, and deal execution
- Identify priorities and independently drive execution across teams
- Work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Ops, and Growth
- Lead high-priority initiatives from 0 → 1 and 1 → scale

- 5+ years of experience with exposure to B2B sales (mandatory) (pipeline building, client interactions, deal ownership, or revenue contribution)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in:
- Excel / dashboards
- Data-driven decision-making
- AI workflows / automation tools
- Proven ability to own outcomes, not just execute tasks
