Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Growth Executive role located in Karol Bagh. The Business Growth Executive will focus on driving revenue and expanding Mobishastra's market presence by identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, managing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs while meeting company growth targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
  • Ability to conduct effective Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Experience with Strategic Planning and Business Strategy formulation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing, mCommerce, and telecom services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in business growth, sales, or a related field
