Role Overview
As Head of Growth – AdaniOne, you will lead a team of Growth Managers across multiple airport verticals. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of digital product innovation, revenue growth, and customer experience. You will be responsible for driving AOP-linked outcomes and scaling revenue through sharp execution of digital-first initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Revenue Management
• - Own and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), revenue targets, and P&L across all airport verticals: Duty Free, F&B, Retail, Ground Transport, and Meet & Greet Services.
• - Translate business goals into actionable growth strategies across each Line of Business (LoB).
• - Drive continuous improvement in Sales Per Pax across the airport ecosystem through tactical campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Digital Initiatives & Innovation
• - Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of digital initiatives that influence traveller behavior and maximize conversions.
• - Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data, and UX teams to launch and iterate growth-driving features.
• - Leverage data insights and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, CRM automation) to inform growth decisions.
Team Leadership & Development
• - Manage and mentor a team of LoB-specific Growth Managers.
• - Build a high-performing, agile growth team focused on accountability, creativity, and execution excellence.
• - Establish KPIs and review mechanisms to monitor and improve team performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• - Partner with Airport Operations, Brands, Vendors, and Internal Business Units to align goals and drive implementation of growth initiatives.
• - Manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders to project timelines and outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• - Achievement of AOP revenue targets and P&L metrics
• - Increase in Sales Per Pax through digital initiatives
• - Growth Manager performance and team development
• - Timely and effective execution of GTM initiatives
• - Internal & external stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
• - 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Growth/Category/Business Head role in digital-first consumer businesses (e.g., e-commerce, travel-tech, mobility, or digital retail).
• - Demonstrated experience in delivering revenue growth across multiple product lines.
• - Strong grasp of growth levers across performance marketing, CRM, funnel optimization, and digital user journeys.
• - Prior experience leading mid-sized teams (5–10 people) and managing cross-functional projects.
• - MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
