Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Growth & Client Servicing professional. The responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer service, project management and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team to meet business targets, proactively engaging with clients, and supporting the organization's overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• An understanding of Finance to align business growth with financial goals
• Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in business growth or client servicing roles is a plus
