Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with teams to ensure that the implementation aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business function improvements.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to leadership on implementation milestones and potential risks.
  • Support junior team members by offering guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing business process improvements within complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges during implementation phases.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies and changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
