Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Finance professional to drive revenue planning, tracking, and optimization across the organization. This role will work closely with Marketing, Retail, and cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals while enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management
- Own and drive revenue planning, forecasting, and tracking across business channels
- Analyze revenue trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable insights
- Monitor key financial metrics including topline growth, margins, and profitability
Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Retail teams to evaluate campaigns, pricing, and promotions
- Provide financial inputs to support business strategies and decision-making
- Act as a finance partner to ensure alignment between financial goals and execution
Financial Analysis & Planning
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Conduct variance analysis vs. budgets/forecasts and highlight key risks/opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises
Stakeholder Management
- Work with internal stakeholders across functions to drive accountability on revenue targets
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and structured manner
- Ensure seamless coordination between finance and business teams
Business Acumen & Controls
- Develop a strong understanding of the business, industry trends, and revenue levers
- Ensure financial discipline and adherence to processes in revenue tracking
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability

Preferred Background
- Experience in consumer, retail, or D2C businesses is a plus
- Prior exposure to revenue analytics, pricing, or growth finance roles
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
