Job Description
Zensar Technologies Limited seeks a Business Finance Manager to drive Revenue forecast, cost optimization and enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to improve margins and revenue through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to understand financial goals and provide strategic financial insights.
- Lead and execute direct cost optimization initiatives for strategic accounts and business units.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans to improve financial performance.
- Proactively identify and address potential red flags, providing timely alerts and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain efficient financial processes and systems to support cost optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, analytics, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3years of experience in a business finance role, preferably in a technology or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Experience in driving cost optimization initiatives and improving financial performance.
- Working knowledge of financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving financial goals.
