Are you a Chartered Accountant who wants to move beyond traditional finance and work closely with the business
We're looking for a Finance Business Manager to partner with business teams, bring financial insights to the table, and help drive decisions around growth, profitability, budgets, and business performance.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business teams to drive financial and strategic decision-making.
- Own budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Build financial models and evaluate business cases, investments, and ROI.
- Track business performance and key financial metrics.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support business reviews, financial reporting, and management dashboards.
- Translate numbers into actionable business insights.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified CA – Mandatory
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Someone who enjoys solving business problems and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
