Job Description

The Senior Business Finance and is required to provide support in MIS, tracking budget, business analysis and management reporting activities and ensure compliance with financial controls and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

Management Reporting

MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.

Present key insights to management on budgets and financials.

Tracking and reporting key financial and operational KPIs.

Support preparation of Board and management presentations.

Financial Planning & Analysis & Cost

Monitor revenue, profitability and business performance trends

Variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

Scrutinise cost and track implementation of cost savings measures

Business Partnering

Support the Chairman's office with work related to operations and sales teams

Identify risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Support internal and external audit requirements.

Experience

5 + years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Financial Analysis.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,

MBA (Finance), CA Inter/Final, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
