Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager will play an important role on a set of Financial Modeling, Due Diligence Audit, fundraise support and investor reporting activities that support a company's major business decisions and overall Financial Health.

You will report to the Strategic Finance Lead and will get the opportunity to interact with the team across the branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present business model, scenario analysis, unit economics, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management and board.
• Manage fund raising due diligence process from end to end.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare necessary dashboard to support informed strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure financial health and stability.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Lead the company, internal and operational audits for the group.
• Leading monthly books closure, MIS preparation at consol level and coordinating with in-country teams for books closure and MIS.

Requirements

• CA or MBA from reputed colleges with 4-7 years experience is a must.
• Experience in preparation of dashboard using BI tools - Tableau, Power BI or Zoho Analytics.
• Experience working with startups in ecomm/agri/sustainability space in finance teams.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to work with numbers and large volumes of data to drive insights.
• Good problem solving and first principle level thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
• Working knowledge of zohobooks and related modules is preferred.
