Designation:-Assistant Manager- Business Finance

Location:- Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

Setting up over-all finance processes across GTM for Ola cabs

Due diligence along with legal and regulatory teams to maximize the revenue given the limitations of FAME

Lead sales and revenue forecasting including the consolidation of inputs, formulation of assumptions, modeling of scenarios, sensitivity analysis, review and presentation of the results from a business perspective

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results & Recommending cost reduction strategies.

Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company's operational priorities are aligned with company mission, vision, values and direction.

Experience & Skills

  • Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind.
  • Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge

of sales and revenue drivers

  • Interpersonal communication and team management

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years experience in managing a similar role
  • CA or MBA finance (From premium institutes)
