Job Description
- Identify and drive input metrics that drive revenue & Margin of Key accounts of the business
- Analyse the monthly MIS and provide insights on factors impacting the business performance and provide necessary inputs to the projections
- Drive margin improvement interventions with delivery, operations and sales
- Support the CDO organisation of the Digital Customer Experience business to drive invoicing, collections and business reviews.
- Participate in the annual business planning exercise and interlock number between business, delivery , finance.
- Work with business teams to evaluate new investment proposals and business cases.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and automate as many tasks as possible and feasible. Support any other ad hoc analytical requests that may come up from time to time.
