Business Finance Manager

Required Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant with strong academic records with minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
• Decent knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/ Oracle/ NetSuite etc
• Excellent MS Office skills. Advanced Excel is a must.
• Individual contributor role in revenue assurance

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating system controls including testing of system, re-computation of commission, invoicing in systems.
• Identifying, recouping and preventing revenue leakages by scrutinising contracts, review of data, and critically analysing processes.
• Identifying financial system discrepancies by regular testing of sample calculations, merchant payout/rider payout calculations, tax deductions etc.
• Regular review and monitoring of data for identification of anomalies in the system
• Liaising with tech team for solving system bugs, errors in computation
• Strong business understanding, accounting implications, linkages with finance, identification of risk, controls and mitigants
• Ability to understand systems and design of accounting / financial reports for various business transactions
• Identify merchant/rider frauds by analysing and reviewing of data. Reporting such instances to GRC team/fraud team for required actions
• Support accounting team for identifying gaps in reconciliations and taking accounting impact thereof.
