We are Hiring: Manager – Corporate Finance & Debt Syndication

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: 6.0 – 7.2 LPA

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 1–3 years

At Evendigits, we deliver structured corporate finance advisory to SMEs and mid-market corporates. Our core work centers on Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, and Financial Structuring.

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to lead assignment execution—from building bank-ready financial models to managing institutional lender coordination.

What You Will Do:

• Debt Syndication & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for term loans, working capital limits, and structured debt proposals.
• Credit Documentation: Prepare detailed CMA data, loan proposal memos, cash flow projections, and project reports.
• Credit Metrics Analysis: Evaluate financial health using key parameters like DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), break-even points, and IRR.
• Lender Coordination: Liaise directly with banks, NBFCs, auditors, and clients to drive timely sanctions and disbursements.
• MIS & Research: Maintain monthly performance tracking (budget vs. actuals) and conduct industry research to validate assumptions.

What We Look For:

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in corporate finance, credit appraisal, or debt advisory.
• Strong command over Excel-based financial modeling and CMA preparation.
• Clear understanding of balance sheet analysis, cash flows, and bank funding norms.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with financial institutions and client leadership.
• Candidates serving notice periods or available to join within 15–30 days preferred.
