Business Finance Manager - CA/ Semi CA - D2C

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Monthly MIS & cash flow tracking

● AOP vs actual variance and rolling forecasts

● Inventory & vendor ageing, working capital efficiency

● Vendor advances vs delivery reconciliation

● Department-wise budgeting

● Channel-wise P&L and business performance insights

Mandatory

● 2–3 years in FP&A / Business Finance

● Strong on MIS, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setup

● Structured, detail-oriented, high ownership
