Role Overview
We are seeking aBusiness Finance Manager (CA)with8-12years of post-qualification experienceinFP&A,deal pricing,forecasting,variance analysis, and reportingfor IT services or similar industry. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forpartnering with business head anddriving financial planning,analyzingbusiness performance, supporting pricing strategies, and providing insights to enable strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and sales teams to supportdeal pricing and commercial modelling.
- Drivefinancial planning & analysis (FP&A)including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Performvariance analysisagainst budgets/forecasts andprovideactionable insights.
- Prepare and presentmanagement reports, dashboards, and financial packsto leadership.
- Supportpricing governance, margin improvement initiatives, and competitive benchmarking.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams tooptimizefinancial outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA (Chartered Accountant)withminimum8-12years of experiencein business finance.
- Strong exposure todeal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advancedproficiencyin MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
