Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Finance Manager (CA) with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, deal pricing, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for IT services or similar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with business head and driving financial planning, analyzing business performance, supporting pricing strategies, and providing insights to enable strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and sales teams to support deal pricing and commercial modelling.
- Drive financial planning & analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial packs to leadership.
- Support pricing governance, margin improvement initiatives, and competitive benchmarking.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA (Chartered Accountant) with minimum 8-12 years of experience in business finance.
- Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
