Job Description

  • Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with multiple divisions and other teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
  • Support pricing, product launch, and investment decisions with financial models and scenario analysis.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Management Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Provide commentary on business performance, key metrics (e.g., EBITDA, gross margin), and KPIs.
  • Cost Control & Optimization:
  • Monitor manufacturing, R&D, and operating costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct ROI analysis on key projects, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
