Krishi Sewa Kendra | Namrup, Dibrugarh, Assam
About the Role
Krishi Sewa Kendra is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in business operations, financial record-keeping, sales tracking, inventory management, and business analysis within the agricultural-input retail sector.
This is a hybrid internship, primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and inventory records.
- Assist with billing, invoices, payment records, and basic financial documentation.
- Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Track sales, expenses, profit margins, and overall business performance.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with supplier/vendor coordination and inventory monitoring.
- Prepare basic business and financial reports.
- Support management with business planning and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in any commerce, business, management, finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and business operations.
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Willingness to attend the office 1–2 days per month when required.
