Job Description

Act as finance partner to Supply Chain and GTM teams for monthend close, forecasting, and annual planning.
Build a reliable demand and supply forecasting process aligned with sales outlook and financial plans.
Drive cost efficiency initiatives across procurement, warehousing, and logistics by challenging existing processes.
Support inventory planning with accurate production and finished goods forecasts alongside operations teams.
Manage supply chain Opex and Capex, including logistics costs, budgeting, MIS, quarterly updates, and Capex evaluations.
Oversee inventory controls covering stock levels, slow/nonmoving inventory, variances, and physical audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Finance professional should have:

10 years of business finance experience in the supply chain vertical
CA or MBA Finance from a premier institute
Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind.
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Proven expertise in financial management within the supply chain or a related domain.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry standards in e commerce or retail industry is a must.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
