Job Description
- Responsible for overall P&L, controls, performance management, strategy with core team and operational SOPs for the business.
- Customer and business intelligence: Gather, analyze, and interpret data across various business functions, including sales, finance, marketing, and customer service. Formulate actionable insights to guide decision-making and streamline workflows.
- In-depth analysis of various business growth levers and giving inputs for business strategy
- Working closely with various business stakeholders to improve overall profitability and financial hygiene of the business.
- Work with central finance team, taxation, legal etc to ensure all required compliance of business.
- Create robust SOP across business and lead audit for the business.
- Working with sales and marketing team to co-create marketing campaigns and ensure optimum return of marketing investments.
- Working with Pro/Growth team to ensure right investment, healthy profitability and right ROI.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate should be a CA/MBA with 5+ years of relevant business finance or strategic finance experience. They should haves strong analytical skill along with great commercial acumen. Ability to partner with senior stakeholder and cross functional team to drive changes for business optimisation.
