About the role

In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan. You thrive on making performance more efficient and scalable by working closely with the Business team in setting up cost metrics, develop a risk management framework. What You will do

• Support negotiations with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and contract clauses to secure favorable terms
• Conduct financial analysis of vendor proposals, including cost-benefit analysis, pricing comparisons, and ROI assessments
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business reviews
• Support month-end closing activities, cost tracking, and reconciliations as needed
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Support Senior Management Team and Department head with in-depth analysis.

What you will need

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, business finance, procurement, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts including cost analysis, budgeting, ROI, and P&L impact
• Good negotiation skills with the confidence to engage with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing contracts and financial terms
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA is a plus)
