Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to analyze cost drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and provide business insights.
- Experience in product costing, plant costing, pricing support, and variance analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
- Ability to prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and plant teams to provide financial insights that support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Support the management of Business P&L by tracking key performance drivers, analyzing variances, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews while monitoring budget adherence.
- Monitor manufacturing, operational, and overhead costs, and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Perform product and plant costing, including standard costing, cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Support product pricing by analyzing cost structures, margins, and profitability.
- Review customer and revenue agreements to assess financial impact, profitability, and commercial viability.
- Analyze production efficiencies, material consumption, and cost variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses for management review.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support new products, investments, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve profitability and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and governance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing financial reporting, costing, and planning processes.
Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of product costing, plant costing, budgeting, pricing, P&L analysis, and manufacturing finance.
