Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, for a Business Finance Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, creating financial reports, and supporting decision-making processes. The analyst will monitor budgets, perform cost variance analysis, and identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for optimizing financial performance will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in creating financial reports and conducting budget planning and cost analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Power BI & Excel capabilities
• Experience with financial modeling, accounting principles, and compliance regulations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• CA is must
• Experience in Business Finance roles is preferred
