Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Madurai for a Business Executive. The role involves managing client relationships, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, assisting with loan processing, and providing outstanding service to clients. The Business Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes and contribute to achieving the organization's financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate sales and performance reports
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and business development strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the financial services sector, especially NBFC, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Madurai area would be beneficial
